I’m well-aware of how terrible I sound saying this, but today’s joy was seeing Schrodie take off in chase of a squirrel. (The squirrel got away.) I think what I found so joyful about this was that she was so timid and skittish when we first brought her home and didn’t even like to look outside, let alone go outside. Paul and I joked that she would get chased by a squirrel, not the other way around! So, I guess today’s joy is because I’m so proud that my cat is behaving like a cat!!
